I was disgusted at the way my enquiries were dealt with today, a customer service assistant by the name of Miss Hornby was unacceptably rude and impatient. Demonstrating this type of unprofessional behaviour in public office is becoming more common place and, as a civil servant, this haughty and uncouth young lady could do well to undertake training in the area of customer service. Big thumbs down Chorley Council, you should vet your employees more carefully in future.
