Pathetic practice, Hi I have broke my front tooth , ring in the morning for emergency appt, its the only way, ok, hi can I book an emergency appt, sorry theyre all gone, ok, can I just book the earliest Friday No! , if you want Friday then youll have to try again next Friday . Absolute shire
AVOID THIS SURGERY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!Took our child in for some treatment and came away with a report to social services courtesy of the Hygienist Sue Driver a busy body who has nothing better to do with her life then put children down in the dentist chair and verbally bash them for not properly brushing their teeth, and then when their parents try to defend them (as any parent would naturally) they get accused of being Aggressive ..... Disgraceful behaviour and disgusting establishment, perhaps if Sue Driver spent more time in the gym then trying to belittle others she would be a better person all together!!!!!
Worst dentist ever. Huge staff turnover. You see a different person every time you go. They don't carry out the work and continually postpone appointments. I needed urgent work and had to wait 9 months for an appointment.
Called for an emergency appointment due to being in quite severe pain from a broken wisdom tooth. Receptionist was very polite and arranged for me to be seen the same day at 12:30. Luckily enough i saw my own dentist who was very understanding and patiently explained my options. After ensuring my tooth was numbed she attempted an extraction but sadly the nerve was causing pain. Decided not to carry on and the tooth was packed out. Will be attempting removal in a few weeks time if nerve damage settles... fingers crossed!
Great dentist. Much better than the previous dentist I used to go to.
