I don't know it's a symptom of technology in general but the shop far more clinical in its lack of content, feels empty, without character or hustle and bustle of people clammering for the bargains. I'm only comparing with a couple of years back and it's no indicator of a lack of customers, I'm sure. Maybe it's more a sniff rather than a taste of what shopping is likely to become!
Bought a phone in October which went faulty. Took back today without receipt or e receipt (don't think I asked for one on purchase) the staff were very helpful and checked up for me the purchase date with the last digits of my card. They couldn't swap the phone as they don't sell them anymore so I opted for the money back to decide which one to buy. Couldn't fault them at all. Very helpful and a lesson to be learnt in regard to getting an e receipt to make the return of faulty goods much easier. Thank you!
