DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Appaling after sales service. Messed up sons installation and despite no end of calls have not been back to rectify. Really dont even deserve the 1 star!!!
I wish all companies provided the service that The Solar Installation Co Ltd do. Their installation was great value, speedy, no fuss .... and "the juice is now flowing" - The entire team are excellent. Highly rated.
installation was carried out speedily and efficiently - the panels are producing in line with what was advised. the phone assistance has been excellent - especially in sorting out forms for FIT's etc. All in all very pleased and impressed to date
From the initial contact this company has been great. Over the phone they explained the whole process. They gave me a price over the phone and e mailed all the details. There were no sales people no hard sell like other solar companies. Every step of the way they kept me informed the whole process was very easy. The two installers respected my home were polite and left no mess a real credit to the company; They had the system up and running that day. This company is the cream of the solar industry. When you get the best you expect to pay for it, but our system was 40% cheaper than others for exactly the same system, real value for money. Get other quotes if you want but they will require you to listen for half an hour to a salesperson then be pressured to buy. One day all solar companies will follow The Solar Installation Company
Having decided to have solar panels installed I wanted a quality job at a fair price.Of the four quotes, I felt The Solar Installation was by far the most competitive and included features the others could not provide.Tthe team of installers-led by Alex came on the day and at the agreed time.The work was quickly completed-and to a very high standard.Even invited me up the ladder to inspect the work.Rather a scary experience!! Overall,very pleased with the work-not to forget the officestaff-Barry,Shawn and Kathryn,always very polite and courteous.Highly recommended.
