Have recently purchased furniture at this store. Ian Parr demonstrated superior levels of customer service and product knowledge. He offered valuable and informed advice on products which would be suitable for us. He spent time assisting us with colour choice and even provided us with a sample of the wallpaper which was used in the showroom to enable us to create the same effect! This is the second suite we have purchased from doorway to value and we have ,on these occasions along with the many other times we have called into the store, found all the sales staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Furniture purchase. We had searched all the usual furniture shops looking for 2 new settee's and not seen what we where looking for, a family mber suggested we visit Doorway To Value. On our first visit we found something that we felt would fit the bill however wanted to think over the purchase before completing it. We called back two or three times before finally deciding to buy it which was a very painless process we were told up front that it is likely to be a 16 week delivery and made no false promises. The furniture actually arrived at 14 weeks which exceeded our expectation, they delivered the furniture took away the old furniture with no fuss. Altogether a very pleasant experience we would certainly use them again and have no problem recommending them.
