Good access for wheelchair users. Nice wide aisles. I find the fresh produce is longer dated than some supermarkets. Friendly, helpful staff who when asked where an item is will actually take you to it and not vaguely point. The toilet facilities are well kept. The caf is not too badly priced. Large free car park and trollies which don't need a coin/token. The cleaning team do a good job and deserve a pat on the back for the good job that they do.
ASDA cafe Chorley I have to say I thought I would try a ASDA breakfast me n my husband with are child. we ordered are food I changed a few items on mine has I always preferred too any where I go has I dont eat mushrooms or bacon and will offer my son some of the chances to go with his toast. But the problem began when I asked for some changes the looks off the staff and service was like nothing I have experienced before very poor and unprofessional not what i expected. I then went to pay with contactless payment and not a problem to me the payment went through no problem then to be told I had to try again has payment wasnt made umm I will look out for this on my statement and keep receipt just in case. When are food arrived it was has expected no complaints on the food just service when I asked for some jam to go with my son toast was told oh thats extra at 60p I just said I will come to the till if I needed it by this point had enough of the bad. Service. Did especially make a point of mentioning the service provided to the cafe manager has I feel it was needed and hope she appreciated the feed back made has this review is not on her service just the staff employees.
The worst customer service that I have ever experiencedI tried to return a 9 month old microwave that had stopped working and was refused a refund or replacement because I no longer have the instructions manual.I spoke to 3 different customer service managers who all refused to help. Called in at the Wigan store and they where absolutely brilliant. they could not have been more helpfulBe wise and shop where shoppers are appreciated Brian
The trolley collectors here are so helpful and friendly, managed to spot a name this time Dean but there is a older guy here who is always happy to help as well.
Wonderful customer services and security tracing my transaction last week - having lost my receipt - to then refund money on items that had scanned twice in the self service section! Brilliant as I and everyone else thought Id never get my 30 back Thankyou very much Great store lovely staff
