5 minimum spend for card was there is a great selection of wines and beers and spirits at this premises and as a former off-licence worker I absolutely love this kind of place I find it completely unacceptable that when I wanted to buy a couple of beers and a Ribena the came to 4:50 I was told it was a 5 minimum spend if I wanted to use my card not only is this an outdated and Shady business practice it is also now illlegal whilst I love the shop itself I can't support a business that operates in this manner so unfortunately I'm very unlikely to return
Superb range of stock. I have bought some fine champagnes and liqueurs for family and friends from Tommys. A good asset to Horwich too. There is no other wine merchant of this quality that I know within the Borough of Bolton.
