Very poor customer skills and very slow. Quote unrealistic times and they can't keep to them. Curry was nice but only warmish which isn't good. Keema didn't have much meat it and the meals were stingy on the chicken. Probably wouldn't go back.

If I could give zero stars for this place I would - Ordered a chicken tikka masala with trimmings, food was awful - luke warm, rice was like mush, sauce was like water - just awful - will never return or recommend to a friend. Called Shati to inform them that the food was awful and received an apology -instead of dishing out apologies they should dish out good food.
