Nice Walk bit breezy. Great bird wildlife and dog friendly cafe with good food.Car parking and toilet facility.
Nice place to take the kids, but not the best for the dog. Signs everywhere saying it's 100 fine for them off the lead. A lot of people do, but it's something to bare in mind. Also there didn't seem to be any big open spaces for them to run around anyway.
Nice little park, plenty of varied wildlife for spotters and photographers alike. Good trails with lots of signage, free car park, cycle trails too. Recommend for family as well as couples.
Very accessible walks and lovely cafe. Dog friendly, for well behaved dogs there is a warm welcome inside. Invaluable in the colder weather. A firm favorite with my son, my parents, my dog and myself. Xx
Absolutely beautiful. It's massive and has a lovely lake. Really lovely walks and with shade very important at the moment for our dog's you have plenty of shaded woodland walks. It also boasts a nice cafe for hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks. Most important of all lots of benches to sit and rest or people watch if you cant walk far before needing to catch your breath or rest those joints.
