I have used this pharmacy for a while. Complaining about thire delay in receiving prescriptions makes no difference. The Pharmacists are so arrogant,. I have waited between 6 -10 days for a precription ,to be told this is the normal time allowance , even though the sugery and other chemists say 48 hours. I will be cancelling my prescription with them. THEY SEEM TO THINK THEY ARE A HIGHER POWER THAN EVERYONE ELSE > YOU ARE JUST A PHARMCY NOTHING ELSE.I WILL NOT BE USING YOU AGAIN AND WILL BE COMPLAINING TO THE PHARMACY HIEARACHY ABOUT YOU!!!
Walked in to get my prescription to hear all the staff stood in the back corner laughing and slating somebody. Was stood there untill someone came to take it 1-2 minutes while they were all laughing. Wanted to ask if they had another medication my dr recommended but i didnt bother. Not at all professional and made to feel uncomfortable!
Very poor no one seems to want to take responsibly for issuing the wrong medication got fobbed off saying it wont happen again. They have twice given me medication that I am allergic to.
Very disappointed, I made a mistake in ordering my meds and realised I only had two tablets left and it was Friday late afternoon. I asked the lady serving if I could be loaned a couple of tablets to last til Tuesday and she refused saying the Dr was still opened. I went to the Drs asking for a prescription but they couldn't give it to me due to no Dr being available to sign it off, I went back to the pharmacy to explain and asked for a couple of tablets to keep me going but she refused again saying you would get your prescription on Monday.Monday mid afternoon and the prescription was still waiting to be sign by a Dr so unable to return to the Drs that day I am still waiting to get the prescription on Tuesday. This is a regular medication supplied by the pharmacy for over a year but refused to loan!
Needed some medication for my daughter urgently. Got there at ten minutes to 10...before closing time and shutters were down n place locked up. Is it 10 you shut or quarter to. Thanks to you my child had a very uncomfortable night but as long as you got home alright that's ok isnt it. Here is a thought...if you don't want to work til 10 find alternative employment.
