Rude and insulting staff refused to tax my car as I had an exemption certificate caused me anxiety and emotional upset , discriminated against my disability and laughed at me

Avoid. Use the one in Bolton. Wasted our time, wasted our 2 kids's nursery day plus Important appointment. There was no one there qualified to use the biometric service and they didn't really know what to tell us.
