Terrible customer service.Arrived for a viewing on a Wednesday, after they rang that morning to make sure I could still attend. They then only rang FIVE minutes before the allotted time to let me know that they had to cancel because the agent couldnt get there.Understood and agreed to re-arrange.They told me that the ONLY time that they next had the keys was 3 days after - Saturday. Tried to double book me onto a viewing with another lady. Explained that we booked on Wednesday, the first viewing possible, so that we could view the property ASAP and hopefully before others. So they said they could get us in 30 mins before the other lady.Found out from them 2 days later, that someone had viewed it on the THURSDAY and taken the property. I questioned them as to why they lied about when they had the keys and when they had viewings available - no reasonable explanation was given. They said that they didnt book us in on the Thursday, as they didnt want to double book a viewing.... even though thats what they had attempted to do with the Saturday?! Makes no sense.Terrible, rude phone manners & came across as deceptive. Not truthful with their customers, which in turn, loses trust between the company and their audience. Completely out of order, and will not be looking for properties through them again.I have warned ALL of my family and friends to avoid them, and they have told me that theyve already heard LOTS of terrible reviews about Red Rose.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bethany was very professional throughout the entire process and she found the perfect place for myself and my daughter. The team at Redrose were all very helpful with any query's I had. Stick to your agreement and you won't have any issues with them whatsoever A*
Redrose Property Management have always been polite, friendly and honest. If I ever had an issue they would get straight onto it and do their best to resolve it. Beth and Chris would usually go out of their way to ensure I was happy and tell the landlord of any issues that needed rectifying. Even after I left the property a month after Beth kindly gathered my post while I was changing details with companies. Exceptional service and when the time is right I shall use Redrose again.
