Chorley has a nice vibrant town center with a good many independent shops. There are quite a number of free 30mins, free 1hr there is a free 3hr car parks.
My home town, why wouldn't I love it. Chorley is undergoing major modernization and is looking good. Sadly the old market town I knew is slowly disappearing but the spirit remains
Good selection of retailers. Plenty parking nearby. Indoor market hall. Outside market on Tuesdays.
Honestly its looking tired, a little bit of investment into a great local asset wouldnt go amiss. Nice traders, good atmosphere but needs a lot of tidying up!
I went through the Market Walk in Chorley a few weeks ago and I liked it.It is well laid out and has well known national retailers and also local independent stores.It has a Costa Coffee cafe and a car park. Also nearby is Chorley Tuesday Market which is on each Tuesday with a variety of stalls selling goods.I bought my father a pair of slippers from a market stall for 20.00 and they were good value for money. I would recommend a visit to the Market Walk in Chorley and also Chorley Tuesday Market.
