Have both our current cat and dog on VIP plan here. The staff are lovely with the pets. Had to have my previous 16 year old cat put down here and they treated him with such dignity and were so supportive with both my daughter and I when we were so upset.
Everyone at Hillcrest is superb. We had the best care possible for Luna our Lurcher. Everyone was very patient and compassionate. We saw many of the staff who were all excellent, but in particular we want to thank Jess Crosby who was so dedicated at the start of Luna's illness to investigating her problems and looking into treatments. Jess the nurse, Nicola and Trina the Vets also gave us a lot of their time and we are very grateful. We would highly recommend all of them and every other member of staff we had contact with.
