Just visited the store as a novice cyclist, looking for sound advice within a budget. Ian, who now owns the shop, talked me through my options, recommended a range of bikes to fit my needs and gave his thoughts as I tried each one. I went with the intention of simply getting some ideas but have come away having bought a beautiful bike that exceeded what I thought I would be able to buy for my budget. That's not because I was pressurised or got the hard sell, quite the opposite. I simply didn't feel I could get better service or advice anywhere else and so why bother shopping around? Ian's knowledge is fantastic, his passion for what he does shows in abundance and it's just a great place to feel confident you're in good hands. Would highly recommend Ian and his team. Thank you

Fantastic service, very professional. Ian spent 2 hours with me on a busy Saturday afternoon a few weeks before Christmas discussing what sort of riding I wanted to do and advising me on the correct bike. Had me riding round the car park on a number of different bikes to ensure the correct bike fit and explaining why he was recommending the various features. I took a bit of convincing about a couple of things. Just taken the bike in for its post purchase service having ridden it for a couple of months...happy to say that everything Ian told me was correct and absolutely love my new bike! Can thoroughly recommend Ian and BuyABike.
Took my sons bike for repair as they are an authorised shimano service centre. Di2 and hydraulic brakes but they had it repaired the day after the part arrived, nice neat job and would certainly use again. Nice range of bikes as well.
