Nice place to visit garden centre and restaurant . Enjoyed the food and looking round the garden centre , had good disabled access to garden centre and restaurant , children are welcome to.i really love the freedom of the place you get, no staff asserting you to get you to buy things, you can do that all by yourself.Plenty going on around you to enjoy and be happy-go-lucky for the time you stay in the place.
I visit with my family, young and old on a regular basis and always enjoy the food. It's well presented and the chef will accommodate special diets. The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing's too much trouble. I highly recommend a visit. And a cream scone.
Staff not too helpful when I was struggling to get a table and also a high chair whilst trying to carry a baby. The scrambled eggs with salmon was fab ,very generous portion and excellent price. On the whole ,a good experience.
The restaurant at Birkacre Garden Centre is superb. Twelve of us booked a Christmas lunch and were delighted with every aspect of it. The quality and quantity were beyond reproach. The staff were exemplary in every way, They were smart, pleasant, friendly paying attention to detail. It is a credit to the team and to the lady heading it, that they can organise such efficiency at a particularly busy period. I have been a number of times with my wife meeting friends here from morning coffee to lunch and have never been disappointed. Well done Birkacre.
