The guy who just served me has got to be one of the most arrogant and rude people Ive met. No help at all when my top up card wouldnt work and spoke to me like Id inconvenienced him in some wAy. I own my own business and if one of my staff spoke to my customers like that, Id quite happily show him the door sort your staff out, I know its no fun working stacking shelves in a Sunday night but isnt that what hes paid for?? Just a thought!
