My partner has been in to collect his parcel with his drivers licence but no calling card, the cashier didn't even look at the photo ID but stated that he needed the calling card. This is incorrect as I have worked for royal mail my self. The service was atrocious and the staff were very arrogant. They need to read up on their policies.... P.s your parcel force rep will be in touch!
Some of the staff can be annoyingly standoffish and snide if you're too young to remember the days when Callaghan was prime minister. Also loses points for advertising sale of that rag The Sun out front. Post Office was better as a local branch and not with a permanent massive queue in store. Pie shop next door and SPAR products are saving graces.
I understand that I look under 25 but do your staff have to be so bloody patronising when they ask for ID.
A supermarket, newsagent, post office, bakery and Amazon lockers all in one place. And despite all that, it's an excellent local facility.
Good range of stock, staff are friendly, usual convenience store prices nothing too astonishing
