My father has no bottom teeth and a full set of top dentures. He has not been to see the dentist for over 30 years. After moving closer to family we managed to get an appointment at this dentist who offered a warm welcome and appointment that very week. My dad was nervous and had anxiety but as soon as he walked in he was met by the warm friendly staff and welcomed into his appointment. I'm not sure of the name of the dentist but dad says he was an American guy who immediately recognised dad's anxiety and put him at ease. Within the next month dad will have a brand new set of top and bottom dentures and he now looks forward to his appointments. This is an outstanding dentist and it's clear patient care is top priority. We have been extremely lucky with this find!
Cannot fault Ravat & Ray in Chorley. Im a nervous patient and the staff are friendly and approachable. My dentist Michele always makes me feel at ease, wish Id registered here earlier!
I highly recommend this dentist. I am always able to get an appointment without a long wait and my dentist Michele has always seen me on the same day if I am in pain. I have always received good care and excellent treatment. Everyone is very professional and helpful.
Never been my favourite place if its anybodys No disrespect to to dentist profession But since using Ravat n Ray I don't mind going to see my dentist he's absolutely fantastic..he knows am a nervous patient or was not any more he puts me at ease . All my treatment there has been to highest of standards. Highly recommend Ravat n Ray chorley.
I had an emergency appointment at Ravat & Ray. On entering the surgery I was pleasantly surprised by the waiting area and surroundings, more like a boutique than a dentist. The staff were reassuring, pleasant and very efficient. An emergency appointment turned into a pleasant experience.
