This agency are unbelievable. I was going to ask them for a valuation but the local rumours are flying they tried to take 300 off a 90 year old woman for withdrawing, now a man that has had 3 strokes been on the market 4 months has lost 1000 on his new build he has withdrawn from Ben Rose and they have said we aren't giving you your key back until you pay the 300. They are a disgrace.
Fabulous, professional service from start to finish. I ended up with 2 buyers within 4 weeks and a bidding war. I found this very stressful but the agents handled it for me and I got 10k over the asking price thanks to their help. Would definitely use them again if i was moving.
