Staff here are amazing, certain people only comment on the negatives and never the positives. My son had his preschool boosters today, and the nurses were amazing! So thank you for making my son laugh and distracting him, and for treating him as a individual. Great team!!
I felt sick when sitting down, so I went to see them 3 times, and they said I was fine; but one doctor told me to stop taking drugs, even though I've never, and I don't smoke either. Two days later I was in hospital for 17 days with kidney infection.Recently my son had blood in his wee, so we took a sample to the library house surgery; and a week later we never got a call, so I called, and they said he's fine that's why we never called you. Future!
Ive been with Library House all my life.Yes Ive had some right upsets with them over the years for various things, however Im leaving a 5 star review because for the last year I have received amazing and understanding care from the team.The practice Manager has heard my rants and concerns previously but has ensured I am listened to and the issues addressed.I can only thank the practise manager and his team, especially John and Ruth for their continued support.We all have our issues with any services in life, but if we sort them correctly with the correct people, it can workout to be a less stressful process.Im a full time working, single parent with zero time to herself.NHS are so stretched, lets all try to work together.Sharon
Standard of care and service is very poor. The receptionists have a I dont care attitude and are very dismissive and rude. I was told today that my daughter couldnt have an appointment for 3 weeks as they are too busy to see her. This is verging on clinical negligence as I know they do have appointments they just pick and choose who to give appointments too. The surgery is failing their patients in many ways and the practice needs to be investigated.
