Absolutely rubbish. Rang in to make an appointment for my son, put me on phone triage. I missed the call when the doctor called however rang back straightaway and told the receptionist i had missed the call. She said i would get a call back, i waited all day and no call back even the next day. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone, rude receptionists who have no clue about patients medical needs.

A really good GP surgery. They offer on the day appointments if you need it. I have given 4 stars as there is always a long wait on hold if you phone up. Other than that, my experience has been nothing but positive.

I moved to Chorley in March & have needed to see a GP twice since moving here. Both times I've been unable to obtain an appointment despite calling at 8AM & multiple times thoughout the day/week. I even resorted to getting a lift there to try & directly book one but was told I'd have to ring at 8AM the next day to "try & get an appointment at the end of the week" (not an ideal time frame with my condition & not promising given the struggle I have getting through). This is in no way the staffs fault but Chorley is obviously not equipped to deal with the number of people living here & I shouldn't have to end up taking up a drs time in urgent care for issues which could've been avoided with basic treatment. I'm looking into whether I can move as I don't trust this surgery to be able to provide basic healthcare. The staff are lovely but they cannot provide the service they should without support.

I don't write reviews in general but I felt compelled to write about one particular receptionist (the rest of the receptionists here are lovely) and I found the doctors I saw to be very good. My review would be good if it wasn't for that one rude, offhand, insolent receptionist who raised her voice at me during a call when I told her she wasn't listening to what I was saying. I was in terrible pain and the last thing you need is to encounter someone like this when you're trying to get information and access to a doctor/practitioner. It's a shame because I thought this was a good practice until I encountered her. I had two instances with her and after the first was all set to officially complain to the practice manager. I'm not a nasty person and don't complain at the drop of a hat so I let it go. The second time I encountered her she was equally as rude and unhelpful and for the second time didn't do what I'd asked her after saying she would. When one person lets the whole practice down and for it to be a receptionist is a shame. She'd be better suited in a different role.

This doctors is a joke. You can't get appointments for when you need just get told to try later and if you do it's with a nurse who always says it's a viral infection. Doctor grant is the only really good doctor just a shame the surgery let's him down.
