Simple affordable accommodation with good cooked breakfast buffet that's very much enjoyed, especially by my hungry teenager.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean room. Food was spot on.
Really good stay. The David Lloyd gym next door no longer allows guests from the hotel to buy day passes, but they were very helpful in recommending an other gym - active leisure in Chorley. Overall staff couldn't have been more helpful - and that was multiple staff across multiple shifts. Room was clean with nice view over the canal.
This is a regular hotel for us, when we visit family. It's always clean and staff are pleasant. We've had a few minor issues with noise in our time but the staff have done their best to rectify it and have refunded our money on the Premier Inn's good sleep guarantee policy. The Moat house pub next to it is brilliant for food and a warm welcome. We always treat ourselves to the breakfast buffet too (kids eat free) and it's always lovely. I would recommend the porridge, especially in the winter.
My stay at the Malthouse Farm Premier Inn was pleasant and comfortable. The room was a decent size and the setting was quiet and peaceful during my stay. The reception team were polite and demonstrated excellent customer service.
