Food was horrible. And over priced. The worst Ramada I started at not worth the price

Poorly signposted and DO NOT follow your SATNAV or Google Maps. If you are traveling northbound you will want the Services near junction 28. A reasonable motel let down by the fact that it's almost impossible to find - unless you already know how to get there. Ramada could do a lot more, at least on their website, to make it easier for People to find.
Since the 1.5M refurb in April 2018, the standard is very good. New and clean. Receptionist was helpful.
